“Really liked the look of this online, and promised smoother straighter hair. However, my hair is very flyaway and fuzzy after using this, so unfortunately will be sitting in the drawer in future.”

Hello Kathleen, thank you for your review of our DHH4 Head Hugger. The Head Hugger does not generate its own heat, so if the barrel gets too hot then the hairdryer is being held too close and/or too long on the brush. Simply hold the dryer away from the brush or better still, turn down the heat on the dryer.
