“I was ecstatic to receive this brush as it was excellent at brushing my little girls thick hair without making her cry. However, I hadn't realised you shouldn't use it with a hairdryer and have basically destroyed it. I do recognise that I should have read the instructions however I'm not sure Denman should be making products that are ruined so easily. Not in this day and age where sustainability is key. Not to mention feeling disappointed that I have just burnt 15 quid!”

Hello Hannah, thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear this has happened to your D93M, as you have mentioned this brush is not suitable for use with a hairdryer. We would suggest using our D93M to first detangle then use a different brush to style or blow dry like our D3 or D38. I have contacted you separately by e-mail to help resolve this issue with you. “It's gentle but maybe too gentle. I bought this for my daughter. It doesn't get those morning snaggles out. I have to use another brush for that.”

Hello Raechel, thank you for sharing your review. Our D93M is designed to be very gentle on the hair and scalp. Maybe brush your daughter's hair in smaller sections and always work your way up from the bottom of the hair. Another alternative would be our D90 detangler.
