“It's not that I didn't like this brush, but it is not what I thought it was before ordering. It is a great concept but difficult to use to its potential. Unfortunately, I would prefer to return it if someone could direct me on how/when to do so?? I should note there was no packing slip or return label to do so. Thank you for any information.”

“If you have thick, course, wavy hair or any combination of this, I think you’ll love this brush. I cannot live without mine. I use mine when I flat iron my hair.”

“Hard to handle. To maneuver a blow dryer, this and section hair is just way to difficult. I kept dropping it or would get my hair tangled up.”
