“Bought with the hope that it would outlast our previous coffee percolators but after only one month (being away for 2 1/2 weeks of that so it wasn't being used) we have had to ask for a replacement. To be fair a replacement is being sent as I write and it was sent without any hassle but the percolator would go from switch on to off immediately without brewing the coffee. I hope that the replacement will be fully functional. The nice thing is that this came with a three year guarantee which is one reason that we went for it but I had hoped that we wouldn't need to use that.”
