Dear Angela, Thank you for posting a review and we’re so sorry to hear that your experience was not up to standards. We will log this complaint with the supplier to ensure they are made aware of the issues you described. Unfortunately, we do not have this light on display in our showroom so we were unaware of the colour. We could only use what was provided by the supplier, though it does say in the product summary it is an off white/beige tone.
