Dear Ovidiu, We have investigated your review and apologize that the Laura Ashley glass had a blip / blemish to it, I have spoken with Customer Services and they ordered you 3 x new glass which you declined as you were unable to change the glass shades yourself. On this basis, Customer Services then spoke with Laura Ashley Lighting who agreed to send you out 3 X new pendants to exchange directly - which you were happy with. Prior to dispatch we asked Laura Ashley Lighting to confirm there was no blip / blemish in the glass of the replacements for piece of mind and they confirmed that upon opening the boxes all of their glass have this blip in them which is a natural occurrence formed when making this style of glass. Customer service then emailed you twice (20th September and again on 22nd September) to inform you that the glass would be the same as what you currently have and if you would still like us to proceed and send the replacements - We received no reply. We are happy to refund you immediately - that certainly isn't a problem, we simply haven't received a reply from you. Please do not hesitate to contact Customer Services at info@cplights.com who can resolve any questions you may have. if you'd like a refund please kindly allow 3-4 working days for this to arrive back into your account.
