“The exterior of the light is fine but the inner plate which is used to attach it to the ceiling was faulty. There were meant to be two holes for two screws (supplied) to pass through in order to secure it to the ceiling. Only one of the holes had been drilled through the plate and the screws supplied were too wide to fit through the hole. So in order for the electrician to attach it to the ceiling we had to supply smaller screws and pass them through each side of an open semicircle in the metal plate on either side.”
