“Didn't even receive the light. Different light delivered to my home, said the manufacturer must of picked the wrong one (how they manage to send a circle hanging pendant instead of a straight hanging pendant is beyond me) then to be told when I ring up that the light is now out of stock till July. They offered me to look at different lights on their website. Still 2 weeks later the light is still available to order but we were informed there isn't any till July. So be warned you probably will be sent a different one.”

In order to reduce our carbon footprint we do “drop ship” some items directly from our suppliers to our customers to avoid them coming to our warehouse and being sent back out again, using more fuel and paperwork. I can see on this occasion that your order was drop shipped directly from the manufacturer so on their behalf we apologise that they picked the wrong item.
