Ordered two sets of this light and although the order was delivered quite quickly, overall, it's been a shoddy experience from both manufacturer and CP Lighting. Firstly, one light fitting had glass panels missing. However, don't try and call the customer service number that is provided on your order email because you'll just get told 'you need to email in' without them even caring to listen to what the issue is. Don't see the point of having a customer service phone number if they don't want to deal with you on the phone. Anyway, replacement panels were sent out by the manufacturer. Then, when putting the fitting together, we noticed that two of the glass panels were clear and not smoky. So have had to emai AGAIN. Given this is the second issue within the same order you'd think 'Customer Services' at CP Lighting would reach out to at least apologise for the inconvenience wouldn't you? Well, no. No glimpse of empathy for the inconvenience or frustratuion caused even via email. Definitely won't be reordering from this place nor recommending them.

While we're glad to hear your order arrived promptly, it's disappointing to learn about the quality problems with your 2 x wall lights and the difficulties you faced with liaising with our customer service team. First and foremost, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused by the 2 x clear glass panels. This does not meet the high standards we strive for, and we are committed to addressing such matters promptly and thoroughly. Though we are retailers representing hundreds of brands we don't carry ever spare part for all lights within our central warehouse, on this occasion the glass was ordered from the manufacturer and sent to you directly in order to speed up the process and have replacement to you as efficiently as possible. We do think this review has been left unfairly, after speaking to Customer Services they did request an email from you with images showing the incorrect glass to ensure they could order the correct parts for you, we also have to submit the images to the manufacturer for their Quality Control to ensure issues like this don't happen again. I'm sure you can understand that mistakes do happen but we believe it's how they are resolved that's most important to a customer experience. Regarding your experience with our customer service team, we understand that you felt frustrated due to the inconvenience of receiving two clear glass instead of smoked (these are pre-packed by the manufacturer at their factory). While we acknowledge that a telephone call is also helpful, we aim to streamline issue resolution via email to ensure accurate records, faster solutions and provide efficient detail to our suppliers in order to ensure the correct parts are dispatched. We truly value your input, as it helps us grow as a small business and provide better service to our customers but new and old in the future. Cp Lighting & Interiors Marketing Team
