“The crate was damaged in transit and our builder wasn’t happy about putting it in. We’re head too but another locally but they were great and refunded the purchase fully without any quibble. Would use again!”

“Comparative pricing was good, but they were poorly made, with many of the parts cracking rather than clicking into place. No instructions for the assembly either.”

All of our products are quality checked before they are shipped, and we are putting measures in place to make this more stringent. In terms of assembly instructions, it is not standard practice for instructions to be included in this type of product.
