“Started as a simple patio flagstone bedding. As usual, it was obvious that drainage was poor, and needed a solution. Cotterells Civil is a specialist drainage company, so decided to order four Polystorm soakaway crates from them. Ordered on Monday, and professionally delivered, on Thursday morning. The Polystorm crates are of excellent quality and supplied with fittings. Cotterill Civils were the most competitively priced, so I decided to order from them. I checked on reviews beforehand, and it was reassuring that this company had over four stars. I now will only deal with 4-star companies, if possible. Every review starts with a minimum of 1 star, a bit of manipulation, some basic no-problem items, and hey presto some companies achieve 3-star reviews. This was a DIY job for a relative, with most of the costs on me. Yes, I'm an idiot!”
