“Recently I need a bottle of the Conker Dorset Gin for a present. As I needed it that day I called the brewery and asked if I could call in and pick one up. They were very obliging but on collection, because of a technical issue, I was unable to pay by card. They trustingly let me take the bottle so I could pay online later. Fantastic service.”
