It is crisp and dry with hints of elderberries and the sweetness of other botanicals that makes it delicious. it is great in a martini with very dry vermouth and perfect with a Fevertree tonic or Mediterranean Tonic and a slice of lime, lemon grapefruit! All delicious. It is a great gin and I am hooked!”
