All I got on the phone from Jude - who has yet to make it onto the team webpage - was a perfunctory apology and an offer of the same tracking information as is automatically provided by Royal Mail.
No acknowledgement, despite my repeated prompts, of the inconvenience of my having to wait at home for a second delivery. From which the gift message - that had made it into the order confirmation email - was still missing.
I can’t yet comment on the coffee liqueur, which I’m saving for Yuletide celebrations.”

I am extremely sorry to hear that the gift message was missing from your replacement order that was sent, to complete your order of 3 bottles. This is not our usual service so it is disappointing to hear that we couldn't get it right on the 2nd attempt. Likewise, we never intend to inconvenience our customers, please accept our apologies that this was the case for yourself.
Thank you Jeremy for the great review. The Girls Who Grind coffee used in this Cold Brew is a lighter roast than the original, so it is certainly very drinkable!

“Absolutely love this! First tried it when I was living in Dorset and became a big fan, so I was very pleased to find out I could buy it online when I moved away from Dorset.
Delicious in an espresso martini, also excellent in an orange espresso martini made with Cointreau added.
We've also tried various other cocktails which were very tasty but the espresso or orange and espresso martinis are our go to cocktails now!”
