“I meant to buy an e-voucher but inadvertently ordered a gift card! This was not a problem to Clarkes who immediately posted me out a physical gift card as soon as I emailed and explained my mistake. The card arrived next day. Great communication and excellent customer service. The best of online retail experiences. Thank you Clarkes.”
