“Oh Dear! Where do I start. I had to wait an age for Frank Olsen to make & assemble my unit and then also wait for them to find a two man delivery firm to deliver it to me. When it eventually arrived it was not the quality I was lead to believe, and certainly the not build quality which I paid extra for. I was refused a replacement, only a two week wait for a repair. Not good enough.

“I was looking for a a reasonably sized white glass television stand and saw this on Chase AV Direct and other sites. The best deal was here. Stand was simple to assemble. I have some other white glass furniture and this puts it to shame - the glass is proper white, the older stuff has a bit green tinge if I am honest. Maybe time to replace it all!
I opted to have it delivered assembled and this saved me a lot of effort as I have an old war injury. Driver was very helpful in this regard.”
