“Item is perfect. Suits my every needs. However, the process of getting this was a nightmare. After being told it would be here within 3-5 days, I got it 2.5 weeks later. Between this, it was constant messaging, then one of the packages were missing, all while these three companies: Chase AV, Frank Olsen and DHL, playing the blame game, with me right in the middle, when I tried to contact each one.

A bit unfair on us - we, nor any other company, don't ship these, the manufacturer does. We don't do deliveries either so again we are in the hands of TNT. We rely on these other parties to do their job properly and unfortunately on this occasion they did not. I did everything possible to get this to you and sorted out the problems with the other companies, which is what we do best.

“Ordered and delivered on time. On opening the boxes I found two problems. First it was the wrong unit and second all the gloss black surfaces were damaged. Item was collected and returned the same day after supplying photos of the damage. Order was put on hold by myself while on holiday and rebooked for my return. Received an email saying it could not be delivered as agreed and was finally delivered to days later. Requires a lot of assembly.”
