“The cufflinks didn't fit properly in the box that I had engraved, they would fit loosely but not displayed which is what I wanted and expected. They then sent a 'luxury' box but that couldn't be engraved. I don't think the website explained well enough, or at all, about a gift fitting in the gift box and displayed.”
