“An excellent experience from start to finish. Easy ordering process online (VAT relief was very welcome, thank you). Good communication and very swift delivery. Very easy to assemble the wheelchair which is light enough for me to put in the boot of our car. I've adjusted the footplates so that my husband sits more comfortably. The width of the wheelchair is ideal for him, enough room to add a coat and/or blanket in the colder weather and still be comfy (NB my husband is not a big man - 5ft 6, 11 stone - but we went with the wide after I measured his armchair width. It is the perfect size for him, it wouldn't be suitable for anyone much bigger). It is a pretty smooth ride on a range of terrains, and easy to push and lift over kerbs, etc. I've used lots of wheelchairs in the past and this is easily the best one. Very happy with the colour, the price and the quality. I'm so glad I didn't pay a whole lot more for a different wheelchair - we're really happy with this and it's making a real difference to my husband's quality of life already as we can get out and cover more ground together now. Highly recommend!”
