“Kettle ok but only fills cups and short mugs without lifting off cradle. It does not switch off when lifting from cradle so there is a risk of boiling dry when replacing. It certainly helps arthritic hands though and far superior to the standard kettle cradle we bought. Recommended despite shortcomings”
