“This rollator is perfect. The ruby red is more like burgundy and looks really smart. It arrived the next day, was well packed, easy to assemble, is sturdy, easy for my 95 year old mum to use and good value. I also want to say thank you to Assurance Mobility for their prompt, efficient service. It was only 7 weeks ago I ordered a trolley from Amazon which was lost in transit. I decided to get in touch directly with the supplier - Assurance Mobility. The kindness, respect, care and efficiency I received from the staff was outstanding, I received a replacement trolley the next day. I was so impressed that when I needed a rollator for my mum I went directly to the website and placed an order. The rollator arrived the next day. My mum is delighted with both.
