“The servcie and cable ariived fine. However, When the cable was fitted some channels had interference on screen making them unwatchable. When the original cable was re fitted all the channels worked perfectly again. When I spoke to 5 star they balmed Virgin and that this has never happened before. I bought a cable from a different supplier and everything turned out fine. I'm blaming the 5 Star cable.”
