“Excellent and very quick service. I purchased 20m of black, external cable which arrived in 2 days. Feed back on installation: invest in some plastic nail plugs to fix the clips into hard mortar or masonry. Also useful to think about how to feed the cable through a cavity wall - 16mm masonry bit (quite long!) and then use 15mm copper pipe as a sleeve. The made-up end of the broadband cable just fits through this, and stops it dropping into the wall cavity.”
“Not too happy about the return policy. I’ve purchased a 10m long cable only to realise that it was couple of meters shorter than I needed so I emailed the company asking for returning the cable. I haven’t received any reply yet.”
