“I bought these tiles and they are gorgeous when fitted. I had an extra box I ordered at the last minute and didn’t need it after all. So after paying £10 delivery I asked if I could return and it be picked up as I don’t drive and have a broken hand. They wanted £48 to return it by van. Which was double the price of the box. Now I have a box of tiles I’ll never use.”
