Customer service form delivery driver terrible....nearly dropped the pallet, rude comments like " where you want the pallet as I ain't doing too much".”

“Bought 8 boxes of white metro tiles, the appearance and finish of the tiles is generally good but there seems to be a problem with the manufacturers QC process.
During install I noticed some severe lippage so investigated and found that a significant percentage are badly warped.
After going through all 8 boxes, I ended up with a little over full box of warped ones (around 15%) with a deviation of up to 3mm from the centre to the edges, they can still be used for cuts but I would've preferred not to have the extra job to do.
That said, order process was easy and delivery was fast.”
“I ordered grout. Tile giant didn’t have it so I cancelled the order in the Livingston shop. Still waiting for a refund two weeks later and no reply from customer services yet.”
