“I went to croydon branch,the Young guys were so polite and helpful but there was a older man so rude and grumpy.I didn't like his attitudes.I am a asian lady i can clearly see his attitude was very different to the white gentleman standing in the queue before me .( I am not the kind of person ever talk about racisim but in this instance I could feel it.when i paid for the item they way he handed the recipts to my face litterally was so rude .”
