“Ordered the tiles, which where good, no fault there, but received terrible service from store. Received a telephone call informing me that tiles would be in store to collect on the Thur, when I went to collect on Thur was told that tiles would not be available until following Tue and that no one from store had called me to say they were ready on the Thur!”
