“Tiles didnÃ¢â‚¬â„¢t turn up, left my customers without a bathroom & after 5 calls to customer services today & 5 promises of a callback still no wiser as to when the tiles will arrive and no call back so customer without a bathroom for the foreseeable future. Terrible service.”

“Looks lovely. Alot of tiles came out the pack bowed, if the corners were flush the middle of the tile was 5 to 9mm out. Very poor quality”
