“I bought these tiles for my bathroom, due to build issues I had to order in separate orders. The tiles are very nice but I have given them a one star because they are not all the same size, they are not 200 x 200 some are and some are 198 or 197. As this is quite a large discrepancy over a large area. Upon contacting customer services I was told they were not rectified which apparently means they aren’t the same size. I was also told that my tilers should have checked the size of every tile before they started tiling, as there are over 300 tiles this isn’t really feasible.
I won’t be buying from Tile giant again.”
