“Despite me checking with customer service BEFORE ordering if I could select the delivery date so that it didn’t arrive weeks earlier that the joiner is coming to fit it, then confirming the delivery date AFTER ordering it and being assured it as scheduled to arrive on the chosen day, it turned up 3 weeks early. A pretty major inconvenience as I don’t have anywhere to store it. What’s worse is that 3 boxes are damaged and the flooring inside unusable. I contacted customer services again (with photos) to let them know and ask for replacement boxes and it’s been radio silence since then. Very disappointing.”
