“Bought the Remus click flooring after reviews on here and seeing they would be suitable for my kitchen. Installed with no problems, appear to be good quality tiles but are totally not fit for purpose. Just cleaning the floor causes scratches on the surface completely ruining the look of my very expensive floor (we do not even wear our shoes in the house) . Contacted Tile Giant, sent photos and my concerns but still they would not come out to see the problem and completely washed their hands of the situation, leaving me over £2,000 out of pocket and a worn shoddy looking kitchen floor. The laminate I got removed had less wear and tear after over 10 years than these tiles had after only a month. Bad flooring and bad customer service, do not buy !!!!”
