“Hey thanks for removing my poor review but I feel future customers need to know the following
It has now been over 4 months since raising a complaint to Tile Giant over the product they sell namely Colton Stone Grey Flooring. The tiling was placed throughout four rooms in my home running from the porch into hallway then into the kitchen and latterly placed in utility and conservatory. This was put over tiles, timber, concrete and concrete with underfloor heating. The product has warped in all fours areas, cracked and became loose with its interlocking features easily breaking and making tiles loose. Tile giant were made aware of the complaint 03/08 and sent one of their managers out to inspect the issues raised by me early October who agreed that there was nothing wrong with the fitting (although they will not supply me with her report as requested on several occasions). Tile Giant are now asking me to pay £110 for an “independent—

“Very disappointed, the floor seems to be breaking apart on some of the joints, the floor was laid on a liquid screed which was very flat, it had dried out for a long time before the floor was laid.
We have expansion joints all round the edges but it just seems to buckle up in the heat,
Very poor in my opinion and I am going to have to replace the entire floor!!”
