“Went for flat subway instead of the standard bevelled that everyone seems to have, glad i did as they're so much nicer, much easier to put on and keep clean. Lovely quality tiles as well, glad i paid extra for them. Also the staff at the Portrack Stockton store are lovely, very helpful and funny!”

“The tiles are great however my delivery was 2 boxes short of what I ordered. It took 5 phone calls to customer services to get the missing boxes delivered and I had to prove I did not receive the correct amount. No urgency in trying to resolve this issue despite being mid-job with a tiler onside. Very poor handling and sloppy standards. I had a similar issue with another tile from the same order, this time being sent out the completely wrong tiles. The company refuses to accept responsibility for their errors and expects you as the customer to do all the leg work. I'll never use tile giant again.”
