“The tiles themselves look beautiful and are an unusual design. However, the way they are packaged are not suitable as they don’t protect them. I ordered 3 packs of 7 tiles. One pack contained 5 out of 7 broken tiles straight down the middle. I called the store to tell them this and asked for compensation - my tiler was there that day working and I couldn’t get replacement stock in store and would need to wait 4 days for a delivery which wouldn’t work. I was told the Manager would call me back but 48 hours later and not heard. Disappointed in lack of aftercare ☹︔
