“Service and delivery from Tile Giant was excellent especially if you wait for the 25% discount. Sadly two of my tiles were cracked when we opened the boxes and another two chipped within 24 hours of being laid. I did a lot of research for a sturdy flooring around my new Jacuzzi and I thought I’d struck lucky with the tiles but after two tiles chipping very easily I’m sceptical as to how long this new patio will actually last me versus the cost of the job as a whole.
Tile Giant have excellent customer service but I think this product may be a bit of let down.”
