“I had these tiles delivered some time ago but my project was delayed. The tiles are absolutely beautiful and fantastic quality but the last 2 on the bottom of the pallet were unfortunately cracked. Even though there was a long delay in me reporting the damaged items Tile Giant have been amazing and immediately arranged to send me 2 replacement tiles. I am absolutely thrilled with such brilliant service and will be recommending you to all my friends and family. My builder has also said he is very impressed and will be recommending to his customers. Huge thank you!!”
