“We used a very experienced tiler and he noted that everything that could be wrong with tiles, was wrong with these tiles. Quite a few 60x60 floor tiles slightly dipped on the corners from the glazing process so he had to try and bend it during installation process. The tiles are rock hard so hard to cut and break easily when doing intricate cutting. We had export stickers stuck over quite a few tiles as we ordered hundreds of boxes so it came on pallets, getting the residue off and perfect without scratching the thin glazing is tricky. The glazing is really thin so it chips easily on the corners and edges when being cut or when bumped while fitting (eg putting a 30x60 wall towel above another). We used up 15% contingency and had to buy more due to this as the tiler strives for excellence rather than hiding chips with grout for example. Although the finished look does look absolutely amazing and I do recommend these tiles, I would say buy 20% contingency if you have a big job and a good tiler. Even the shops we went to to buy more stock said their fitters struggle with these tiles and one even cuts it upside down to avoid issues, but our tiler tried every which way and couldn’t remediate issues with some tiles. Customer services so far are not being helpful after two weeks of back and forth, but I will amend the review if they become more helpful on our situation.”

“I received a pallet with tiles, after opening it I found about 10 plates damaged all the boxes wet as if they were lying outside I wrote an email for a long time and no one wrote back to me I am very sorry but I will not order anything from me”
