“We used this tile in our kitchen, utility and conservatory and it looks great. Goes with grey cupboards in kitchen really well. We used grey grout also.”

We decided to return it
Tile giant didn’t refund whole amount
We got charged for the delivery
When we were buying it there was a “ free delivery “
I have called customer service and I’ve been told that I can’t get full refund because “after all we have delivered tile to you “
Customer service person basically laughed at me when i said that there was a free delivery in that deal
There are loads and load other places where you can buy tiles from
My advice is to stay away from tile giant
No wonder tile giant shut down more and more stores”
