“I was delighted with service I received from both in store staff and your Customer Service team. I went to store to place order hoping they had stock, however this had to be ordered with expected delivery within a few days. I called your customer service team after placing the order as I explained we were going on holiday by the end of the week and we had planned for the tiles to be laid whilst we were on holiday. Unfortunately we would not be able to ask the contractors to stay at my home waiting all day for the delivery in our absence. They fully understood my situation and kindly arranged for the delivery to be two days before we left for our holiday. This was fantastic as it would mean less inconvenience and stress. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances the plan for fitting didn’t go as anticipated so therefore the tiles should be fitted this week so I am confident they will look great.
