“We looked everywhere for the perfect tile and found the Kirkby online. They were exactly what we were looking for. We visited a store in Wigan and luckily they had them on display so were able to see them up close. We did order a sample but unfortunately due to the different patterns the small sample didn’t do them justice so I’m glad I didn’t discard them and went to see them. We have them both on the wall and floor and they look amazing. We went for a dark grey grout and black trims for the edges and they set them off perfectly”
“I wanted return this product and obtain a refund as the product I bought online was fit into my kitchen floor. I called them 3 times and finally managed to speak to them and they said OK to return to nearest store, but when I took to the store the person said he is not aware of the online sales team contacting them about the return. Such an inconvenient!”
“There is a good reason why this tile is currently out of stock - it’s modern and beautiful. I bought it online then went to see the actual tile in my local Tile Giant shop and at first I had second thoughts. One or two tile samples would not really be representative of the overall impression this tile gives when it’s all laid out in your actual bathroom. I also like it that Tile Giant has specific recommendations on how to look after these.”
