“Ordering was easy, but the order took so long to arrive that we had to enquire about it. They gave a vague answer, saying it was "probably" coming that day. It didn't. We waited and the next day we finally got a text from the courier saying they had the order with them and would deliver that same day. Luckily someone was home, but it took too long and there was insufficient communication. We shouldn't have had to chase up. The tiles look fine, by the way, but we haven't put them up just yet.”
