“The shipment from the UK to Norway was really fast and the packaging was really nice and neat. The quality of the casing was great as well. However, unfortunately, I received the water bottle was not in a good quality, there was a small hole leakage due to the manufacturing error. After I realized, I sent an email to the customer service and they send the new one to me. Although I am a bit annoyed, yet the water bottle shop really prompt response. Thank you :)”
