I am sorry you had trouble with the item you ordered. As stated on the product page the stopper is ONLY for use with the Coronation HWB that we sell and it only comes in a single size. It cannot be used with any other hot water bottle.
We are sorry that you expected something different to what has been offered.

“I am pleased to get a replacement stopper for my bottle but less pleased at the overall cost of £4.98 with postage. I haven't used the stopper yet but it fits well and no doubt will be highly satisfactory. Do be careful not to lose one though as this is the cost of replacement. I don't like to throw out perfectly good articles but otherwise could have bought a new bottle for the price.”
