“The bottles appear to be of a good quality, but and its a big BUT I still have not been able to use either as they have an overpowering SMELL .Its not rubber which I think I could accept! as this would be in keeping,it seems to be in the materials used to make them, as I have washed and scrubbed the two bottles I purchased and even put them outside on the line to see if it will fade!! Not working so far and I fear when I put hot water in it will be unbearable!”

I am sorry to hear you were not fully satisfied with your product.
We have a process for getting rid of the smell, it takes a little bit of time but the smell will go.
