“This Swytch bike is brilliant. I had bought one before and was very happy with it, and was very pleased to see that they had introduced the Swytch GO range at a lower price point, so I ordered another one.
A few days in and we're very happy with our new purchase. Fitting was straightforward (with a little help from someone who understands bikes better than I do!), and it rides beautifully. Sure, the battery is larger and heavier that the Swytch Max that I bought previously, but given it's an electric bike, that doesn't matter so much. And it's still a lot lighter than an electric bike! And as the battery can easily be removed, you can choose to go light when you don't need the batter.
When you live in a hilly areas like we do, Swytch is really fantastic!
Customer service was good, as we were always kept informed of delivery timelines and the kit was delivered within the 6 months timeframe.
All in all, very happy and looking forward to some lovely rides on our Swytch kitted bike!”
“Delivery was a little longer than originally expected as the team were ensuring their new Go+ units met their standards. However, in the end I didn't mind the slightly longer wait... and it was worth it! Installation on my Trek bike was really easy and took no more than 45min from start to finish. I wanted it to make the hills to and from work a bit easier... and it hasn't disappointed. Cycled to work for the first time yesterday with the new electric powered Trek and it's made the commute so much more enjoyable and the hills are barely noticeable now.. which is no mean thing given I have a 130m altitude gain in each direction.
Overall, great item and worth the wait!”

The Swytch Go is fantastic. Those hills are no problem anymore and I still feel like I'm getting a good workout in. It makes the hills easier, but not too easy :)
