My customers love it, but there are many that go away due to the high price, particularly because import from UK is very expensive, and your shipping fees have gone up substantially too...
Also, I believe that TRADE customers should have better prices, to be able to compete with your usual discount policies that make retail prices similar to trade ones...

Thank you for the review regarding our prices. Over the years we have always tried to look after our customers in the best way we can, I appreciate the shipping fees are more than you're used to paying but as you can appreciate over time prices can fluctuate, we are also limited by the couriers we can use to ship our oils. You're welcome to arrange your own collection of the oil if you feel you can get this cheaper.
As for the product pricing, our Trade customers get the discount all year round compared to the regular retail which we do offer occasional discounts to, we always try to be as competitive as possible.
We hope this has not discouraged you from using us again in the near future.
