“Buyer beware ! If you have an oil filter socket that has flats on it this filter does NOT insead I was sold a castelated filter which my filter tool does not have. It look like it has flat edges but when you get it it will not have them if its anything like what was sold to me. VERY POOR ! I have had to use it by hand tightenng but is going to be exteremely difficult to get off again on my next sevice. GET THE OTHERS with FLATS ON.”

I apologise for the inconvenience caused. Bosch manufacturer specifications may vary from other brands and have slightly different shapes, these are not uncommon. You can use oil filter removal tools for these. Please let us know if we can help in any way.
