“Disappointed. I have had 3 bags previously over the last few years and all were more thoughtful with the 'pockets'. There is a zipped one inside but also a rather loose one for a (I assume) phone. It was so loose and roomy, my phone fell out frequently. The lack of an outer zipped pocket was noticeably a fail.”
