“I have been buying these slippers for my elderly mom for many years as they had anti-slip ridged soles which were ideal for her. I know this style is extremely popular with the elderly.. This year I was disappointed to find that the soles have been manufactured differently, looking more 'funky' but with the large 'flowery' parts of the sole being smooth and shiny. In my opinion these soles are impractical and dangerous. I am informed by customer service that they do conform to safety standards, but I have tried them out on both carpet and laminate and consider them hazardous. Please, Moshulu, go back to the original soles as you have already lost several customers through changing what was a lovely, practical slipper.”
