“I bought these for Mum as they look really cheerful and sure to brighten up the coldest winter day She used to wear the Panettone but they no longer make them. I normally size down in slippers but ordered Mum's usual shoe size, wanting her to be able to wear thick winter socks in comfort. These slippers are so wide, Mum has been wearing bed socks to counteract the feeling her feet are "wallowing inside them". I tried them on myself and though my feet are wider than Mum's they were far too wide for me. Not that comfy either (though I am half a size smaller than Mum, which may account for that) and they have been shedding fluff - hopefully already loose bits from the factory and not from the slipper itself.I've been wearing Moshulu's for eight years now (the Alaska) and my initial pair lasted a few years and got sidelined to the back door for bin duty. The last two pairs I have bought, while appearing almost identical, just don't have the same longevity and look worse than my eight year old pair after less than eight months!”
